- Our website Crevado which includes any webpage containing this domain name, including any page that is enabled for use by a mobile device or any webpage redirected from another domain name (the “Website") and the services provided on the Website (for a more complete description of the services see our Terms and Conditions) (the "Crevado Service ") are operated by Envision Technologies (" we ", "us " and "our "). The Website and the Crevado Service help people showcase their work online.
- This policy, our Terms and Conditions and any other documents referred to in either of them set out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. If you are a Customer (i.e. a recruiter) then the Crevado Customer Terms also form part of your agreement with us. Crevado is committed to protecting the information you provide us with. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of information under our control, Crevado has appropriate security management systems in place to safeguard the information we collect.
Firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Virus Scanners are used on all parts of the Crevado website. Encryption during transmission is also used on sections of the site where security is particularly important.
While Crevado makes every effort to protect all personal information, we recognise that unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result Crevado cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, you do so at your own risk.
What Information is Collected?

How long we keep your Personal Data
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the
services to you and others, and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no
longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you with the
Crevado services, you can delete your Crevado account
or you can request that we erase your personal information.
Please note that if you delete your account or request the erasure of your
personal information we may retain some information from deleted accounts as
necessary; to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist
with investigations, enforce the terms of service and take other actions
permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with
this Privacy Policy.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal
Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not
possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in
backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and
isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Information you make public or give to others
If you make your personal information available to other people, we can’t control or accept responsibility for the way they will use or manage that data. There are lots of ways that you can find yourself providing information to other people, like when you post resume/CV on your portfolio, share information via social media or directly via email.
